21st Asian Television Awards 2016

2nd December 2016 (Friday)

Shimin brother won a pair of tickets to the Asian Television Awards so she invited me to go with her. I went to research and only found out that JJ Lin, Charli XCX and KBS CEO was coming. Nothing much about the show at that point of time. We went to Ubi a month before the show to collect the tickets. Then one day before the ATA, I went to google again and I realised f(x) Amber was added to the list and there's a possibility of Bernice Liu (one of my favourite HK actress) coming too! She acted in one of the local show here in Singapore recently which is why she was invited to come.

So on the day itself, I met Shimin at 6.30pm at Suntec Convention Hall and we made our way up. I guess our seats had quite a good view! The live telecast started at 8pm so the show only started at 8pm sharp! Bernice Liu really came!! Heheh.

So for the local artistes there's Pierre Png, Zhang Zheng Huan, Julie Tan, Christopher Lee, Frederick Lee (didn't know he has a younger brother that looked just like him), Adrian Pang (the host) and more... There's some international artistes too but I can't really remember their names. MAMA won an award for their award show (and MAMA was also shown live on that day too) HAHA. But there's a representative that came to receive the award, not sure who he was. Descendants of the Sun also won an award and the producer or something came to receive the award! KBS CEO was also present!

So there's the performance by Charli XCX, Amber and after that JJ!

He sang 可惜没如果 and 不为谁而作的歌! I already expected him to sing the latter since it was his latest song and he didn't sang it in his previous concert that was held last year so I'm glad I'm finally able to hear it live! After his performance I immediately left, he was the last performer too I guess. So I left at around 10:30pm and headed to AMK to take-away mac and then go home.
