18 March 2016 (Friday)
After visiting Osaka Castle so early in the morning, we decided we had no where to go so we were considering whether to go to Nara or Kobe. It was a super impromptu decision to head to Kobe. But I remembered the directions so we only had to search on how to arrive at Kobe and I just had to count on my superb memory from 6 years ago. I kept telling Shimin how Kobe was my favourite place out of the whole of Japan and I really loved the Herb Farm that I went previously. It was just so serene up there... I really wanted to go back there again. So yay we decide to go to Kobe and will only go to Nara if we have time (we kept throwing Nara away...)
So I remembered the directions to go to the Herb Farm! So we headed there upon arriving. I had to ask the counter about the City Bus because I remembered I took a loop bus previously. But it seem the timing stops at 5pm so there was no point. So we headed to the Herb Farm first before going to the city area.
So surprised that this cafe was still here, okay so apparently I came here twice but never entered... Most of the pictures I have taken today are the same as what I have taken 6 years back in my Kobe post but I guess everything looks slightly different here, as well as the way I take my photographs. Hahaha.
Took the cable car up as usual!
Explored this old school scent museum first before walking down the hill and going to the herb garden.
There's this foot hot spring outside where you can look at the view while soaking your feet. They had towel out there where you have to pay 100 yen but there's only a donation box there so it's up to your honesty to take the towel and paying for it. It was drizzling after we were done with soaking our feet for about 10 minutes. It was getting so cold...
Damn I really love lying on the grass like that... But it started to drizzle again soon so we had to leave.
Took the cable car down and then headed to the bus-stop to catch the City Bus.

Stopped at Mosaic! We wanted to get lunch first to we went to look for a place to eat first.
I was trapped in this shop and bought so many things out... I haven't even got to Ghibli museum and I'm already splurging..
I ordered Udon and beef bowl!! BOTH'S SO GOOD MAN OH MY GOD. IS IT CAUSE KOBE BEEF????!@?!
There used to be a theme park at where this Anpanman Museum was located 6 years back if I'm not wrong, I think it's in my old post. But it transformed to Anpanman Children Museum! HAHA.
Conan is always showing when I'm in Japan! Anyway the movie only just came out in Singapore recently but I didn't get to go and watch so I guess I'll be watching online soon. Sigh.
Look at all these old school bags...
We headed to this huge shopping mall opposite Mosaic which we saw previously when alighting the bus. There's more to explore in Kobe but halfway through shopping, there was a huge thunder storm outside so we couldn't get out. So we decided to stay in Kobe and the mall was not bad anyway? I guess Nara was scraped off from our itinerary already... So we only left at close to 8pm. Headed to Kobe Station and along the way I had Yoshinoya (it suck so much please don't order I can't even finish :()
Had Anpanman Drink to go along with my beef bowl so it wasn't that bad. Okay it's just Meiji Strawberry Milk...
Almost wanted to buy that long bolster back... I ended up buying a blanket version. Hahahah. For what? I don't know, just cause the material attracted me...
There's Anpanman all over Kobe so this girl went crazy. Anyway, Kobe's still my favourite place in Japan. I mean I really love the whole of Japan but I really love the way Kobe made me feel. Perhaps it's just because it's not a very huge place with many people.
