Went to queue with Huiyi at about 3pm and entered the place only 15 minutes before 5pm. Was like at the right side of the stage from the audience side and it was so close to the stage, like the 3rd/4th row. The show started and it was so crazy! They kept coming towards the audience and touch/hold the fan hands. Especially Gary, he will just leave his hand hanging around till he finish singing his part.
So there's a segment where a fan played the pepero game with Gary and Gil went to push his head and I think their lips touched for a moment? Gosh. They sang a few more songs afterwards and then they say the show is going to end? Only 50 minutes have passed!
During the encore, there's a part where they wore the Leessang shirt and poured water on the crowd and I was one of those that got wet. At the very end, Gary came to my side of the stage and hug the crowd and because I was so in front, I managed to touch Gary's face and when he bent down more, I think I touched his whole face like his sweat and all HAHA WTF. Gil and Gary don't even care about the security guards. The first time Gary tried to go down the stage, the crowd was so overwhelming and didn't want to let him go down, at my side. I think I gone crazy too I don't know what I was doing. But he still tried to squeeze, but the guards make him go back up to the stage. The second time he tried to squeeze so hard to come down the stage at the side to go all the way down but once again, the crowd was crazy so the security guard kept pushing him back to the stage.
Gil took out his sunglasses for the last song and wtf was so shocked, he is actually quite handsome! I think he will be very handsome if he slim down and have more muscle or something. Gary is damn muscular too. Now I know why he won the Running Man survivor twice.
I couldn't bear to wash my hands when I get home, and Gary's smell is so strong on my hands, his perfume or his smell or whatever, I can even smell it from below the stage when holding his hand. I'm serious hahahah.
During the talking segment, Gary sort of asked the crowd, 'Singaporean girls or Song Jihyo' and the crowd went crazy chanting 'Song Jihyo' HAHA. DUH. Then asked if he come for a solo showcase/concert, who will he bring along, and everybody chanted 'Song Jihyo' but he replied 'Kwangsoo' and Gil jokingly got angry and walked off.
The show officially ended at 6:40pm, after the 'will obviously come encore'. But everybody refused to leave and the announcement didn't make anyone leave. So the host, Ken (seeing him so many times at every showcase), came out and persuaded the crowd to leave, I think he spent 5 minutes persuading and saying that we will see them again tomorrow at the fanmeet, but everybody chanted 'Leessang' and nobody wants to leave.
So Gary and Gil came out again for like 2-3 minutes and thank everyone. Everybody has no choice but to leave after that cause they came out already. They were already like changed.
Damn, best day of my life. They even gave out free posters and sell official merchandise though the event management say they are not going to sell. But I think the people selling them is from the Leessang Company, 'cause the people selling spoke in Korean.
It's like a clubbing concert HAHA.
1st December 2013 (Sunday)
So the next day we went to queue at 12pm and they gave out a digitally signed autographed poster. They appeared at like 2pm. First segment was the Q&A, and second was the photograph taking with the 30 lucky winners (didn't win).
The last segment was the Hi-Five session with the both of them! It was so fast and the security guard kept pushing the people. But it's alright.
So, me and Huiyi went one round and they didn't let us in at first, but they opened and let us in again and we walked damn fast and got to the front!!!! Right in front of the barricade!! So we can see them for like 10 minutes straight or more.
But oh well, it's a bonus today, better than nothing. At least since I didn't have any physical contact with Gil yesterday, I had more today. Hehe. Thank you Gil. At the very end after saying their last speech, Gil came down the the side and he wanted to walk down but the guards stopped him, so he only held a few people's hand for a split second. If the guard didn't stop him, I would have been one of them sobs. Gary wanted to come down but the stupid guard stopped him..
I'm glad I attended the first ever LeeSSang showcase, since their first stop is in Singapore, and also the fanmeet getting so many fan services, more than I could have asked for. I heard there's no fan meet in other countries. I can't wait for Gary solo album and Leessang new album to be out next year! Hopefully they will come again next end of the year or maybe the following year! And yes hopefully, I can get tickets again.
Was hesitant about attending because of so many assignments, but I didn't care and just wanted to go. So yeah, thank god I went. Oh, Gil and Gary is so different from how they are in variety shows. Not really for Gil, but Gary is like totally different. So charming and handsome, how can people even say he's ugly? They can rap and sing so well and Gary's body is oh my god. I totally forgot who is 'Running Man Kang Gary' during the showcase yesterday. He became 'Leessang Kang Gary'.
I need a Leessang concert so badly, can't get enough of their songs. I need at least a 3 hour concert. I swear Leessang treats their fans damn well, it's not because I like them so much, but it's different from other concerts/fanmeet I've been to before, where idols just listens to the security guards and ignore the fans at times.
I wish more people know 'Leessang' for their songs and not just their variety personas. When queueing up, so many people and aunties were attending the show and not know who is Gil, or Leessang, and that they are artistes that have been singing and rapping for more than a decade... They are just there to see Gary..
I had the time of my lives. Probably the happiest moment before I turn 18 in a month and 13 days time :-) Thank you for making my teenage life complete before I turn into an adult. Hehe.
